What Is the PALM Scheme?
The PALM Scheme is a Federal Government initiative that allows eligible aged care providers to employ workers from the Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste in sectors facing workforce shortages, including residential aged care, home care, and support services.
PALM workers are committed, community-focused, and eager to contribute to meaningful care work. Many bring prior experience in support, care and hospitality roles, and they are fully inducted into your facility’s systems and standards.
